God Bless the Sneeze

A sneeze, the reflexes bareley register on your consciousness or, it's as an annoyance. In reality, however, it is an unconscious action that on it's on way, provides essential protection againts disease-causing.

One tip..when you feel a sneeze coming on, try not to supress it: preventing that 160 kph blast of air from escaping may cause a nasty infection by forcing germs and viral particles back up into the Eustachian tubes that lead to the middle ear.
